I needed an urgent appointment for a problem that was concerning me. The lady on reception only asked a couple of questions and got me an appointment straight away. The doctor was very understanding and sorted the right medication for me.

I have been with this surgery since i was born and they have helped me so much mainly in the last couple of months where i needed them more. Staff and especially management have been great and make me feel safe when i visit. I couldnt be more greatful.They always offer me great advice and help me to the best of their ability. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately getting an appointment here is very unlikely even if you wait at the phone at 8am. I find the staff there (except GPS) very unhelpful. Very unprofessional gossiping at desk whilst you're in waiting room. Ignore or keep people on hold while they have a chat. It's just not good professional practice

The doctors are very competent and efficient. They take the time to go through everything with you, are patient while you give information, are knowledgable and give helpful advice for when you leave. Big improvement to the previous doctors, i do not dread phone calls or visits now. Thank you.

Managed to get an appointment and be seen the same day. Dr was understanding of my need to be seen before an imminent trip abroad.

There are two new doctors, both good but one I prefer and hope never leaves! Absolutely amazing professionalism, very helpful and non-judgmental, very kind, not in a rush to see you out but will go through everything thoroughly and wants to help. Really restored my faith in having to see the GP. Thank you so much.

I rang a few days ago in the evening as I had Covid needed help I’m getting a sicknote. As soon as I rang somebody answered straight away she was very helpful very courteous and explain the whole procedure. She sent me the link via text message my phone was not working I rang back Four times and four times the young lady answered straight away in the evening. I asked her to emailed me the link which started to work. I find this fantastic service as I could not leave the house due to having Covid . She what is a very patient and did not get annoyed or angry as I kept ringing back because of the issue I was having with the link. The doctors are really good. I cannot fault the receptionist they do a fantastic job. My appointments are always in the evening and when I come it’s all open so I don’t understand when people say the doors are shut and nobody answers the phone because on Monday around four times in the evening and four times it was answered straight away My query was dealt with while I was on the phone. I would definitely recommend this surgery to everyone because They nothing but caring Surgery they go out the way to help me and I’m very much grateful. Thank you to all the staff.

fantastic Doctors, excellent reception staff overall exceptional experience. I came to see the doctor I’ve had nothing but respect and empathy towards me and my Health. I would say that this is a very caring practice and I have been registered here for many years.

I rang yesterday evening and I managed to get an appointment for the next day. I’m very happy with the surgery and the treatment I am getting. The reception staff are lovely and the doctors are so nice. Reading some of the comments I’m quite surprised to say that when I ring the surgery in the evenings someone always answers the phone and when I come in the evening as I work the doors always open. Surgery very good.

I was reading the reviews and i relate to the reviews that are saying phone lines are switched off. what are we suppose to do when nobody is answering the phone? I rang monday 08.08.2022 evening and it was ringing going straight to voicemail i just gave up at the end. what can be done? when you come in you get spoken to like your thick this surgery is going downhill and its like nobody is bothered and concerned about the patients anymore its all about there wages and home.
