    Review about my medication , reassurance provided , explaination given as to why the swelling in my feet . All my current medications , & the replacements , their reasons for change explained .

    I received good medical care from my GP, and would like to thank him for being so helpful. As with all GP surgeries getting an appointment is something that needs addressing in the NHS the current system is totally broken.

    Great surgery and great doctors. Very happy with my experiences with the surgery over the last 15 years. I called in yesterday with a small emergency and was seen and had the problem sorted super fast. Thank you!

    It is sometimes hard to get an appointment but overall have never had to wait longer than a week to see a gp and when I do see a gp their service is excellent, special shout out to dr ridge who has helped me in so many ways emotionally and physically.the practise is clean and has a welcoming environment

    Rang everyday at 8.30 for three weeks carnt get an appointment my test result was back in January and have not discussed my test result even though it’s showing on my nhs app as abnormal test result doctors are a joke every time I go there it’s empty so I don’t see how the appointments are all booked up

    The Doctor patiently listened to my health concern and worries. His friendly but professional manner put me at ease. He completed a thorough examination and was clear and reassuring about the outcome. I felt that he listened to my concerns and I was happy with his advice.

    Phoned the surgery on many occasions, automated queuing service that cut me off twice, 15 mins and 45 mins! Service is terrible, had to drive to surgery with a bad back, 3 cars on car park and 2 people waiting in the waiting room! What is seriously going on?? Shocking service!!

    I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the telephone system, the reception staff are answering all call that come through, the issue you had of "being cut off" is not a member of reception cutting you off - it is in fact an IT issue that sits with the telephone service supplier - if this happens again please let us know as we escalate all instances like it.
