Rang at 8am this morning to a very helpful receptionist. My problem was sorted straightaway and I collected a prescription this afternoon. I never have had a problem with surgery staff or doctors. Great Practice.

Prompt and excellent service; can find an appointment when you require one. Doctors and admin staff all professional and helpful.

I have been a patient here for 10 years. I had a phone consultation the other day where I was left in tears after being spoken to abruptly because I had see two different consultants about my condition. The doctor initially didn't know why I had a telephone consultation (even though it was the practice who arranged this), and when told to come in to get my blood pressure, height and weight done before being prescribed, the machine had an out of order sign on it. While I was calmed down by the receptionist and eventually was able to take my measurements, I am still left feeling unhappy.

The receptionists are always willing to go out of the way to deal with medical queries regarding my 84 yr old mother who is a dementia patient. They are a credit to the surgery.

I had to contact the practice a few days ago after calling 2 pharmacist who could not help with my enquiry regarding medication. I spoke to the receptionist at Quincy Rise who said she would speak to the doctor and call me back. She called me back with the answer I needed as promised. In the last 18 months I have found it necessary to contact the practice several times. On each and every occasion, whether being seen by a Doctor or Nurse or my enquiry dealt with by a Receptionist or the Pharmacist I have received excellent care. On every occasion I was treated promptly with respect, courtesy and empath. Long may this service continue.

Remember when you could call the surgery for an appointment and the phone would be answered straight away. Remember when you could ring and get an appointment to see the GP on the same day. Remember when you got a phone call to remind you to book an in house clinic appointment. This surgery is doing all this and providing an excellent service

I rang the doctors on the morning and was given an appointment for that evening. I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of my appointment time. All of this in one day ! fantastic Service from receptionist and the doctor.

Went in for a flu vaccination - Afterwards I was sat down and told in no uncertain terms that I needed to lose some weight and I was given a specific diet and exercise plan with clear steps on how to do so. This is exactly what I needed, no other GP has bothered to give specific advice to me like that before, just vague "Lose weight/Exercise More". Additionally, the new nurse there made immediate steps toward correcting the mistakes of the previous doctor there regarding an ongoing condition of mine, informing me that I was due for a blood test the previous doctor had neglected to tell me about. 10/10.

After the previous dr left. This practice was not brilliant, but I must say that in the past 18 months the service my husband and I have received has remarkably improved 100%, and so nice today to receive an email confirming my repeat prescription being passed to the doctor for action. It will be even so much better when we know we will be able to visit the doctor as before. But keep up the good work, and hopefully things will get better

The Receptionists answer the phone very quickly, they are very helpful and made me an appointment to see the doctor. I got to see the doctor within a few days. The doctor was very good and sent me for several tests and a follow up appointment. Excellent service
