I saw a nurse this morning for a routine cervical screening which I'm always nervous a about but she was brilliant and friendly. She was considerate of my nerves and put me at ease throughout the whole process which reduced my anxiety and discomfort. This was very which much appreciated. Thank you.

The receptionist (female wearing a head cover) is very unapproachable even when she was talking via phone and especially in person. This kind of employee should not be in front of the hospital. She doesn’t know how to accommodate patients. Most terrible person ive ever met. 5/5 The nurse (asian) is very nice.

Being a heart patient the amount of times I've called up to be told its fully booked or ring 111 or go a&e is ridiculous I'm suppose to build a rapport with my doctor specially when i need to show him something e.g swelling why would I call 111 when they can't physically see the swelling..then I call back at 4 on the dot to be told fully booked call back again..this is a joke i work which means I pay tax and n.i yet I still can't been seen..this practise needs to expand and provide a better service...the receptionists are rude as hell they need to be sacked its unbelievable how they speak and then behave like they are doctors when they aren't. just no manners or common sense..what ever mood your in or problems u have at home please leave all that behind at home don't bring it with you to work!!
