I had a a review with an amazing nurse. She was very helpful and thorough and kind. I felt heard by an empathetic member of my health team. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. These traits are what makes a good medical practice. Many thanks for looking after me. Best wishes,

Tried to make an appointment over last three days. After waiting in queue, the call simply drops. Not able to make appointment in person either. The prerecorded message on the phone is confusing and inadequate. There appears to be total service failure over the recent past. Management needs to seriously examine their services .

We kindly encourage all patients to arrange appointments via our secure link which I have posted below. https://florey.accurx.com/p/M85078 This link is in operation Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:30am Using this link means that you do not have to ring the surgery first thing in the morning and wait in the phone queue. We are aware that not all patient have internet access and therefore will not be able to use the link , if you are one of those patients please let the receptionist know. As you have left this message anonymously we are unable to contact you. I was seen at short notice. My condition was assessed and medication given. My examination was done sensitively and with dignity. My experience was positive. The nurse is very thorough in her consultation.

I really like the new online platform where you fill in the form for appointments and then you are contacted by text to let you know when someone will be calling you. A lot better than waiting on the phone for ages and then being disconnected. Everytime I have used this service (and with two kids it’s alot) I always get an appointment within the week.

Yet again you ring up at 8.30 you are in a queue number 23...40 minutes later you are through to be told no more appointments today ring back tomorrow.But your back at work tomorrow working 12 Hr shifts 6 am till 6pm ...there no appointments after 6 your told guess my knee will have to wait and try the appointment lottery next time I'm off!!
