I have been with this practise since it was Myint and partners, I tried to ring doctors and after message phone went dead tried about ten times! The phoned cannock hospital and asked switchboard to put me through and no answer after six minutes on hold. Checked website and there's a mobile number if fault with land lines and guess what it goes to messages so left message, not really expecting a reply as this surgery is nothing like it used to be! Bad Practise! To tell you truth beside going in there I don't know what else to do god help the elderly who have to use this practise! Why I tried to contact them was about a prescription from Econsult is this the only way you can contact this practise?

Many thanks for your review. We would like to apologise if you were unable to contact the Practice via telephone. Unfortunately, at present if your call is not answered and it is cut off, then this is because there is no receptionist available to answer your call at that time. There is current facility for patients to be kept on hold. We are in the process of upgrading our phone system so hopefully this will overcome any current issues. Regarding the backup mobile, this remains off at all times (as clearly indicated on the website) if the main phone is completely out of operation. eConsult is not the only way patients can contact the Practice but is considered an alternative. I can see that you had a consultation within 7 working hours from submitting your eConsult. If you wish to discuss this issue further then please do not hesitate to contact the Practice directly.

I have been with this survey 4years, I found the reception staff polite and respectful. GP and Pharmacist both professional and courteous. I use them regularly and they offer good advice when seeking some reassurance, I am aware that they are busy and telephone consultation as been perfect for me. Thanks.

I visited the surgery today for removel of my clips by the nurse. All most pain free time was taken for the removel very impressed

I was having trouble getting my medication the staff was very understanding and they went out of their way to get it sorted so it's all sorted now yippee keep up all of your hard work I really appreciate it x

Both my husband and I have always found the receptionists to be excellent in all aspects of the service, helpful, polite and answer the phone so promptly.

As a working mom I find the systems they use at this practice really easy. Was able to make an appt for my son while on the bus for the school run and had an appointment booked 20 min later! Very pleased with my service from the surgery

Our self-book method of booking appointments allows you book an appointment from anywhere, and with the appropriate clinician using the link sent to your mobile phone once we receive your request for an appointment. My daughter was born in January and I have had nothing but great service from Dr Rasib! My daughter wasn’t taking to her milk as it was making her constipated and straight away he changed her milk and now she is so much better.

Very very hard to get get help from this Doctor, not sure if he ever goes into the Surgery. The receptionist do the best to help , but are limited to what they can do. I got cancer with zero help from the Doctor however the reception tried to help and was advised to go private!! Now moved to another Cannock practice and the difference is amazing with a caring Doctor. So good reception work and Zero Doctor help. New surgery has restored my faith in NHS.
