    Very good keeps me informed of everything. I know the staff are very busy answering patients calls but I have found them to be pleasant and helpful at all times.

    You hear very many negative remarks against the NHS and Gp Surgeries however I can only praise my Surgery and Doctor and all his staff at Cannock I feel I’m genuinely looked after regards all my health issues with upmost respect. They are all very helpful polite in mannerisms kind considerate . The practice is always spotless and run on time for appointments. Referring is done immediately The whole team are an absolute credit to themselves and their jobs with the pressure they have been under over the last few years . Regardless of nhs pay increase which they all deserve by the government they still give there very best always I feel lucky to be cared for by such an awesome team …keep up the great patient experience and thanks x

    I've been with this surgery since I was 5 years old when it was under a previous owner and I'm now in my thirties. I have always felt like I have had good service there up until recently. My most recent experience with this surgery was making 130 continuous calls in order to get through to reception and make an appointment from 8am in the morning. They made a telephone appointment for me. The telephone appointment lasted 1minute 16 seconds exactly on 10th May. I felt rushed off the phone and pretty upset. The Dr said yes he would make the referral I needed. After not hearing anything from the hospital about my referral I called the GP's back 24th June and they said they would look into it. Today 27 June, I have received a text stating they have made my referral 7 weeks after I asked for it. The wait at the hospital is over 60 weeks and I've lost 7 weeks due to the referral not being made when I asked for it.
