A lovely ladyon reception(whose name I can't mention due to review rules but begins with a J!) was incredibly respectful, kind, considerate and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I went with several problems and her professionalism was outstanding. I was treated with respect and not once was I made to feel embarrassed or like it was to much trouble. Thank you

Fantastic staff both at Belmont Surgery and Urology dept at Hereford Hospital. Caring and compassionate along its effective diagnosis and treatment for my prostrate cancer.

My doctor has given me the ability to actually live again I’m disabled and in chronic pain but she’s done everything she can for me possible beyond I can explain I appreciate the surgery for that a lot

The doctor was very kind, listening very carefully to all of the interlinked symptoms. A plan was put together with an offer of further assistance if needed. It was a huge relief and I am very grateful for the care I received.

The surgery were brilliant with reassurance over the telephone and arranging fir follow-up blood tests and examination. They explained things very well and made sure I knew exactly what was happening.

I would like to thank all the staff at Belmont medical practice for there quick diagnosis and referral probably saved my life the people concerned were fantastic and can’t thank them enough

Over the past 8 months and thanks to the alertness of my GP practice at Belmont i have been referred to a cancer unit, treated, referred for a possible secondary condition and cleared of that. Good service indeed!

Went there and the doctor was amazing, very helpful, very friendly, seem to know what he was talking about. Not so amazing was the receptionist, very rude lady, very snappy, made me feel very uncomfortable to ask something. If you don't like answering questions, don't apply for a job as a receptionist.

Brilliant nurse I have met today and keep you so ease even she will pinch you to take the blood, but doesn’t let you nervous. We need the same nurse in whole NHS who loves their job.

Surgery says to call us at 8 am to book an appointment with GP, I called at 8 am and no one answered for an hour then said all the appointments have been booked "call tomorrow". Called the next day no answer for 30-45 mins and said all appointments were gone again, and practice said to call tomorrow... the same story is that joke we pay all our life taxes which go to your wages and you don't even bother to book an appointment, eventually, now they are saying my GP doesn't have availability for 3 months and I said book me after 3 months and then they said we don't book an appointment after 3 months. What they trying to tell you, is just walk off and keep paying your taxes.
