My nurse kw was brilliant, very professional and I didn’t feel a thing whilst she was drawing blood. Good experience.

She was amazing… got bloods first time and didn’t feel ‘sharp scratch’ 😊 My veins are usually difficult to get, but not today!

Recently used e-consult for the first time. I was in considerable pain and needed professional advice and treatment, Knowing my options were 111,a&e , Aspen Telephone queues or Reception waits none appealed so decided to try e-consult. Wow! what a result, easy to use, sent e-consult to surgery at 7.30 am had return Telephone call at 9.0am, Aspen Face to face appointment with Paramedic at 10.30 am was home having picked up prescription at 11:30am 4 hours for the complete process. Consultation was Empathetic, professional and a genuine feeling of care, paramedic was exemplary in attitude and care I have often been a critic of the Aspen Center but credit where credit is due I will use this service in future. This is how gp Services should be.

Today after taking my dad to a hospital pre assessment they found an issue on his ECG, Aspen Centre saw him straightaway for another ECG and an emergency follow up , can't fault the swift action during this scary time.

My nurse was very friendly and thoughtful, she made sure I was happy with the procedure. The nurse was able to get my blood first time, it was relatively painless and quick.

Used to get my repeat prescription both medication at the beginning of the month and now someone at aspen house has split them apart by nearly two weeks when I’m struggling with it supplies at different times of the month!!

I was called in almost immediately after registering my arrival. The nurse was very friendly and put me at ease such that I didn't even feel the needle go in. I was in and out within 5 minutes of arrival.
