All staff very friendly & great to have appointment for flu vaccine no queuing. I have always had excellent service from receptionist , nurses & GP’s. No complaints.

Each and every member of staff- receptionists, admin, nurses, phlebotomists, GPs, the whole team at the Whipton Surgery both past and present go above and beyond each and every day. It is an outstanding practice and I am very thankful to be on their books.

I would go back again any day. Lovely people/ doctors . All around Like all doctors at the moment its not the easiest thing to get an appointment. But you can if it really needed.

I arrived early but was seen promptly. Staff were very friendly. Vaccine was explained with some of the side effects and whom to contact if I had any concerns. Overall the experience was stress free.

Well organised clinic . Staff directed you in a polite manner and everything explained fully before injection.

Had our flu vaccinations today , polite happy staff that put us at ease, hopoto have our covid vaccinations there soon if possible

Looks after their patients as well as they have learnt. Try’s there best for everyone but some doctors better then others

It was a very professional experience today getting my flu jab.. I was made welcome and comfortable and had no worries with any of the procedure

Had my Flu Jab on Saturday went and booked in to reception sent straight away to appropriate area,within a few seconds shown in to have my injection and completed all in approximately 7 minutes absolutely first class service with a smile.
