The whole team at this surgery are brilliant. I have had to bring my daughter in twice over the last few months to see a doctor and both times they have been so efficient and caring, they go above and beyond. Thank you!

Staff are very professional and act quickly. When you do not know what is wrong with you, but are aware that something definitely is, it is very reassuring that the surgery staff do their utmost to work quickly and positively. Tests and appointments dealt with promptly and always with a smile; staff are very courteous and professional.

I have the pleasure of collaborating with Marazion Surgery in a professional capacity since 2018. From the reception team to the GPs, everyone has consistently demonstrated a high level of politeness and professionalism. The staff members are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my colleagues and I receive the necessary support. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly and the communication is outstanding. The organisation and execution of appointments and vaccinations have been commendable, and the practice nurses and GPs are delivering very person-centered healthcare. All matters are dealt with promptly, contributing to a seamless and efficient collaboration. I am thankful for the dedication and excellence displayed by the Marazion Surgery team and appreciate the positive impact they have on our community.

We had covid and flu jabs at the same time. It was well organised with a constant flow of people going through. All the staff were pulling together to make things happen. There was a positive atmosphere and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We feel lucky to have the vaccine. Thank you.

Just had my combined flu & covid jabs for 2023. Very good and swift, friendly service. Well organised conveyor belt style. Took less than 5 mins from arrival to exit (via the back door!)

I attended the surgery on 14th October at 10.30 for my flu and covid jabs. Whilst there I enquired about some test results I was waiting for. The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and I left the surgery feeling that I had been really looked after.

My wife and I went for our Covid injections and we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained to us and we had amply opportunity for questions. At no time did we feel rushed.

The past 7 months have been incredibly scary and tough following 3 operations after being diagnosed with a high grade malignant tumour. During this time I have spent quite a lot of time either visiting the practice or having over the phone appointments and the amazing doctors, nurses, ladies on the desk, in the pharmacy, behind the scenes, all the staff have been just incredible. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone above and beyond with caring for me. Thank you all so much.

I managed to get my 2 year old daughter an appointment, we waited in the waiting room for an hour before we were seen, no one came to us to apologise or explain why our app was late. I went to reception within 45 minutes and they said the doctor was running late. Must of been 15 people who came and went in that waiting room and we were the last ones to leave. The waiting room was empty, why couldn’t another doctor help our doctor by taking on some patients. When we finally saw the doctor, there was no apology and my 2 year old was far too tired to experience someone to examine her so had to leave. I’m sad to say this but really poor service and the doctor looked too tired to engage with my daughter to make her feel comfortable. As I was leaving I had to hold my tears in
