It is great that the Greenway Practice has a physiotherapist. I have a painful leg so was able to just call up and get an appointment with him the following week and saw him today. Saved having to wait for a GP appointment who would then have had (in the past) to refer me to a physio probably at the hospital and that would have taken up GP time and meant a long wait to get a hospital appointment. Great service, thank you.

On arrival the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, I saw the doctor on time and even had my blood taken without an appointment. Thanks for a great service. Chris w

All processes were on time and entirely satisfactory. There was no time pressure and the Dr. was fully engaged and attentive.

Due to sickness with staff my “bloods” were re-organised at short notice. Very well performed at 12.40pm but still caught the midday transfer and Warfarin Dept at Southmead rang me at 3.45pm with results.

Greenway are always a fantastic practice but just got back from their vaccine clinic and was struck by how well organised and efficient it was, without losing the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Thanks!

This practice is the best in Bristol. I have always been treated with respect and care. By the doctors and nurses and now physiotherapist. Absolutely amazing practice, great job everyone

I had cause to request an appointment with my GP from the practice receptionist, I would assume some triage was employed as I was given an appointment within2 working days. Subject to examination I was then given an appointment for a chest x ray again within 2 working days. I consider this to be first class patient care and would take this opportunity of thanking all care professionals at this practice for the outstanding care and professionalism shown to my family over the many years of association. The sincerest thanks for a very difficult job exceedingly well done. Thank you.
