After already seeing the pharmacy I was able to get an appointment at nightingale with a Dr same day. DR was extremely thorough and went all my symptoms. I felt reassured with what he suggested.

Very professional once again having blood taken I needed to see a doctor on the same day as my bloods. I was having trouble breathing, but again the professionalism of the receptionist in dealing with my problem was excellent in finding time to fit me in to see a doctor, who again was brilliant towards me and my wife

I had been prescribed antibiotics via 111 however they didn’t seem to be having much impact. I contacted the surgery late in the afternoon and was advised someone would call me the following day. The following morning I received a text asking me to come to the surgery and I was seen by a GP. I found the service to be very efficient. I hadn’t met the doctor before however they were very friendly and thorough in assessing me. I was prescribed a stronger antibiotic which I hope will clear my infection. I’m not often ill, so was unsure about contacting the surgery or taking their valuable time, however I felt really supported and listened to, which makes a big difference. I’m really grateful for the support and to be seen so quickly.

Visited reception as was unsure if I needed to see someone urgently. Rec took my details and concern and spoke to the duty dr. It was advised I come back up in 1 hr so I could be seen by a nurse practitioner. Arrived in time and was seen about 15 mins after my appointment. I checked out and left with a prescription to deal with the problem. Fingers crossed that’s all that is required but reassured to come back if I need to. Nurse practitioner was amazing!!

Very happy with the consultations, tests, follow ups, and useful information I received for my medical condition. Just two areas could do with action. 1- it is very difficult to get through to reception by phone. Can take up to 20- 30 minutes. 2- The automatic self checking in at reception, mostly out of action. Resulting in long time queuing, to confirm your arrival with the receptionist.

Great service with a very swift call back after completing an online consultation. We then got an appointment really quickly for my son. The doctor was very personable and helpful and listened carefully to my concerns. I was really impressed by his attitude and left feeling very reassured by his advice
