    im pleased to read bad reviews..swann reception team petersfield are annoying and obstrutive where previously they were all brilliant at different surgeries.... Andy.Bsc.mecheng.1979Soton...cancer13years..(24 hour carer for my mother 96 cant walk)..............................................

    I have been with Liphook and Liss surgery since 2010. It was fantastic up until the merger with Swan medical group. The receptionist were amazing. Now, it takes on average 30 minutes just to get through and when you do the receptionists are abrupt, where as before most of the receptionists knew who you were when you gave your name and were compassionate. You cannot make a face to face appointment unless a doctor (whom you may or may not know) deems it necessary. I am seriously considering moving to another practice

    It was a brilliant surgery dealing with people in the village. Now it is huge and appointments improves to make. And you never get beyond the receptionist who is not even in our doctor’s surgery. It is like they have become really big but cut half the staff.

    Since the merger, prescription wait times have increased and getting an apointment at a time to suite is very hard work indeed. All receptionists, GPs and nurses I have met have been excellent. It has so far, taken over 4 months to process a SAR (Subject Access Request). I submitted one before the merger and recieved this informagtion very swiftly within about 2 weeks. I have chased up the current SAR 5 times now since mid july - spent around 4-5 hours doing so and had no reply at all. The statutory time frime for response in one calander month. This is beyond fustrating now!
