I registered with The Meadows after an awful experience with another local surgery and the difference in service is incredible. Within the first few calls I’ve had to make I’ve been able to speak with someone, all very helpful, and been able to solve any problem I was having or get a response to a query. I’ve been able to get my medication when I’ve requested it within a couple of days of it being sent through and had no issues. Everyone has been pleasant to speak to and I’m so glad I made the change, especially having a young child because I know now that if he has any problem I will be able to speak to someone and get him seen to when needed. Such a weight off of our shoulders as parents knowing we’re with a good practice that have the patients best interests at heart. Thank you!

Thank you, to all at 'The Medows Surgery' Thrapston. Care, consideration and swift response. Front of house staff, extremely helpful and an emergency appointment made for me today, prescribing nurse, saved me time another appointment and was thorough with my examination

Cannot fault. So reassuring and confident. I rang up and only had to wait a few minutes. The receptionist was really nice and efficient and then my appointment went super smoothly 🙂 Credit to everyone.

When I tried to make appointment receptionist was really helpful. Then I saw the nurse practitioner who I can honestly say was perfect spot on. So helpful and reassuring

Treated very well once I got to see a doc found to be caring and considerate and very helpful wonderful nurse didn't feel rushed did everything the could to help me pity I couldn't have been seen sooner

Excellent service, delivered on time in a most professional way. The reception was polite and the medical attention and service was very competently carried out. This has been my experience over the last 3-4 years

I had two visits today 1st one was for a blood test for which the nurse did a brilliant job leaving no bruising on the area blood was taken I then had a consultation with dr who was very reassuring and helped me with my problem I left the surgery very contented with my treatment

Always helpful, safe treat you with respect and understanding. Like most Drs they are always extremely busy, but you are attended to as quickly and efficiently as possible.
