    Utilising the on-line services to its full extent Medication was reviewed in line with NICE guidelines. Treatment reviewed , no unnecessary appointment needed. Great use of resources Simply called to confirm prescription changes. Whole process completed withon 48 hrs Great service

    i recently tried to get an appointment to discuss contraception options, but there is no consideration for school aged patients to make suitable appointments (out of school time) for non emergency appointments.

    Great service. Booked routine, non urgent appointment 1 week wait. Telephone appointmenr, reviewed case. Arranged xrays within thr week and paperwork ready and waiting.

    Having a chronic condition the hospital had started a plethora of new medication and after one out patient appointment left me to it. The GP was excellent, carried out investigations to rule out ant new problems and identified one of my medications was causing 'more harm, than good"! Online system worked really well, receptionist very good when referral made and GP was attentive and listened to me Lots of problems with the NHS in general, but I honestly feel that this surgery does it's absolute best.

    Contacted the surgery today by the new email system. I gave a good history of my problems and requested a call from the GP who knows my medical history. Received a call back within 2 hours. Forms generated for investigation and i was able to book blood tests directly after the call. Everything clearly explained and I was reassured.

    The new booking system is not fit for purpose. And the staff are totally unhelpful and don't care 1.5 hrs appointment booking slot is no use at all can't get an appointment called may times just get told go online or a and e

    I have used the new online appointment system twice now , easy to do first one wasn't urgent had a gp apt sent to me by tx for 2nd Oct which was perfectly acceptable, the 2nd this morning did online request for change in medication ,was able to collect from howitts a couple of hrs later ,very impressed with this new system so far ,its going to be difficult for some people but credit where credits due

    New system has come into place. I phoned on Friday after 2pm for a general query. Told to fill a form online tomorrow between 7am-10am. Found a form filled it in. Got a text on the Tuesday at lunchtime. Told I’ve filled out the wrong form. Please fill one in tomorrow between 7am-10am. This is 5 days later. I asked if this can be process now as a matter of urgency. Nope sorry the systems shuts off at 10am. Will be taking this action further. All for a simple referral to fracture clinic at KGH. Just a heads up for anyone else using this new and improved system.

    Reviewed after emergency hospital asmission. Excellent service, picked up on delayed investigations at the hospital and appointment was scheduled just 3 days later. Genuinely interested in concerns and worries, I took the time to listen and answered all questions. Absolutely first class service.

    After calling to check my registration process and request an emergency prescription for metal health medication, I left the call crying and being told to call 111 if I was 'that desperate' otherwise to call at 8am and 'hope' I get an appointment. I am beyond disgusted
