This is the first time I have used the online triage system, which meant that I was immediately sent to the physio on the surgery's premises and I received assessment, advice and a starter pack of rehabilitation exercises. This was an efficient system and my appointment with the physiotherapist was positive and reassuring. Fingers crossed the exercises work!

I am over 60,got the appointment, after long waiting on the phone, staff were chart and relax,they are lucky with the NHS wages Doctor only listens part of my problem Also he told me to call in 4 days and fails It seems doctor doesn't want to get even a blood test, trying to save the money for the practice doesn't bother my health either Unfortunately my condition which I went for 4 days ago is not improving either To get another appointment on the phone for more than 40minutes and don't know when I believe their mindset is see few patients and not bother to further treatment arrangements I am sorry to say really terrible

As a patient, I visited the surgery yesterday for a blood test. I have to say that staff was very helpful when I requested the surgery to allow my NHS app account to show my medical records. However, the fault in NHS app as well as on Patient Access app, prevented this. Admin staff tried hard to resolve but the issue was not on their end. I gave up after 3 weeks of trying. Thanks to all.

Saw the physio who was very professional. Physically examined my back problem and gave me the relevant exercises which appear to be working.

Recently transferred from Slough practice, was very good, but now very poor customer service, and too far to travel 5 miles, reluctant to change though Iver. Only 1 mile to travel, pleasantly surprised, reception staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful, what a change, and saw a lady Doctor two weeks ago, again excellent, very professional, spent more than 16 minutes getting all the information she needed to identify my problem, and on Thursday another gentleman Doctor felt very polite and efficiently with a different slight problem, my experience had given me full confidence it was correct to chang to Iver Medical Centre

I needed some paperwork verified by a doctor and Iver Health Centre turned it round in a few hours. This is not the first time they have been quick, but it did set a record. Very kind.

Had a problem and called into the surgery as I was nearby and spoke to the receptionist who arranged a appointment for about an hour later which led to my issue being resolved by a very helpful trainee and similarly helpful Doctor.
