   I’m sat waiting for my apt with a dr and I’m listening to the receptionist on duty she is so polite and helpful there is a steady flow of patients with varied queries and she maintains her polite and reassuring manner with everyone I’m sure being greeted by her makes the patients feel so welcomed and at ease I’m a patient registered at Highworth surgery and I have to say that my surgery is second to none always helpful polite making me feel better each time Thank you to all medical staff
