Very unhappy with being told we needed Hep C for our cruise holiday when we’ve subsequently been told we don’t. 1. Told £25 pp only to find out it’s £25 pp per dose x3 or 4 doses dependent on type (this is a relatively good price compared with other places but not when you don’t need the jab in the first place!!) 2. When trying to pay for said first dose, told they only accept cash! Didn’t know any vaccinations were going to cost us in the first place so hadn’t taken money with us and even so, we thought post covid that everywhere had to take card?! Nope, they insist on cash only. So it means having to take even more time off work to make yet another journey back and forth once we’ve been to a cash point!m within the hours that they’re open! 3. When no appointments were available at the surgery for the recommended 2nd dose, we rang around elsewhere only to be told by several different organisations that we didn’t actually need this vaccination in the first place! So overall feeling cheated and extremely disappointed

From reception team to the Doctors I’ve found them to be extremely polite and helpful. Quickly seen and any issues have always been quickly sorted.

Went to register as a new patient and the receptionist there was quite rude and unhelpful while chewing a gum or eating ,very unprofessional. No apology of how the previous receptionist never provided full details on how to register and instead was patronising. I wonder how they treat their other patients ,has completely turned me against joining . If this is the first impression they offer and them being the first point of contact at the surgery . I would not want to receive any of their services with the way they speak/treat their patients.

I went to register and receptionist couldn't even say hello. I nearly walked out as this already sets a tone of the surgery. Not very welcoming. Disappointed!
