Every time I contact the surgery I am impressed and this time was no exception. I was only on hold for a couple of minutes before speaking to a helpful receptionist who got me an appointment that morning, which was appropriate for my urgent problem. I saw one of the GPs who assessed me thoroughly, kindly and with compassion and appropriate humour. I have no idea how Hill Lane surgery are providing such an excellent service, in light of the difficult time the NHS is having and particularly in primary care, but I am endlessly grateful to be a patient there and I hope they are managing to care for themselves and their staff as well as they care for their patients.

I can't rate this surgery highly enough. The care & time the doctors show to resolve an issue and also being able to get an appointment when I need is brilliant. Sometimes the phone lines are busy for ages but I'm never turned away when I do get through. Receptionist are always polite. I've had to rely on phonecall appointments and this is happily done too. Just great service all round, well done & thanks.

Attended the practice for Covid and booster jabs. Super well organised and efficient - the queue moved really quickly. Very friendly receptionist and GP and I've never experienced such well administered jabs - I literally didn't feel a thing, not even a scratch. Thank you all at Hill Lane Surgery!

Doctors, practice nurses and admin staff that I have seen have always been helpful, diligent and polite. No problem in obtaining an appointment, waiting times are reasonable. Very efficiently run practice which I would recommend.
