I had a small problem last week and had to ring Friarsgate on two separate days. On both occasions, they got back to me quickly and arranged for me to see a GP in person. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.

I as given an appointment within a short time and the communication was excellent The session started promptly and the doctor was professional, kind, attentive and helpful The follow up action was delivered as promised within the time frame stated Excellent service

I have had positive experiences with doctors, nurses, receptionists and care navigation staff. All of them are empathetic, efficient and address my concerns seriously no matter how small they are in reality. They always follows up when they say they will and any referrals or queries are followed up quickly and correctly. I have seen this surgery for physical and psychological queries and both are treated as important and any fears I had were put to bed. Every effort is made for me to see my named gp but I have confidence seeing any member of staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone.

My mum recently had an accident abroad and there were lots of challenges getting her referred for surgery here and her notes sent over. The team at Friarsgate were extremely helpful, kind and professional. There were two members of staff from the Care Navigation Team and Document Management Team who were especially helpful. They were so supportive at a really difficult time and did an amazing job getting her the care she needed as soon as possible. We can’t thank you enough!!

I wanted to acknowledge how supported I felt at a very difficult time in my life. I was able to speak to a doctor when I needed it, and I felt he really to time to understand my situation and support me to find the best solution. I genuinely felt he cared and that I get the support I needed. Thankyou .

Absolutely superb practice understanding the needs of medicals for work, very accommodating and extremely helpful staff always going the extra mile and keeping you updated and I formed re cancellations..

Required a private medical certificate at short notice. Initial phone call was friendly and provided an email address to contact with the Occupational health team,email sent and same day had phone call back offering appointment for the next day. Also received very detailed informative email to help with appointment. Easy, friendly, excellent and helpful service provided by the Occupational Health team. Many thanks
