Been today for my Diabetes Blood Test which was on time and at a time convenient for my day. Went well and painless, should be a fairly quick result and I don’t have any fears. Service was friendly and very professional and I was very happy.

Previous checks indicated raised blood pressure - 24 hour machine organised confirmed this & appointment made within 2 hours for face to face appointment with a practice doctor who prescribed preventative medication & explained lifestyle changes alongside medication. Nursing staff advised I see a doctor as soon as possible & reception staff very kindly & efficiently expedited this.

Only blood test at this visit. On time appointment; very pleasant nurse took my blood and I didn’t feel rushed. Efficient, effective and pleasant experiance.

I have constantly neck pain last few months My doctor paid attention on my condition it’s so helpful l am on medication and seeing physiotherapist thank you for my doctors and GP staffs

I changed my GP surgery surgery last year, as I was getting an awful service. I'm so glad I chose Chatfield, I've only used it twice, but I can say that I've received excellent treatment and care from the professionals both times.

Appointment easy and fast to book. Very helpful stuff. I was able to have my blood test done at the surgery on the morning and my results which was nonurgent was on the same day. I also sow the doctor face to face on my first appointment. I'm so grateful.
