It's almost impossible to get an appointment, or as in my case just a blood test form. They are closing their online site by 10am most days, and won't take a request over the phone. If they are referring everyone to the website no matter what the request for 8am then it is going to get overloaded. I can understand to some degree for an actual appointment ,but all I wanted is a blood test form. I have been at this practice for over fifty years and this is the worst it's been. Their receptionists are so unhelpful and it causes just so much undue stress.

Receptions are always unhelpful and treat you like a number, the quicker they can finish with you, one less thing to deal with. After several complaints, managers taking responsibility and assuring standards will change, they never do. GP's here are fantastic, always go above and beyond but the receptionists will make it the worst experience for you.

I’ve been at the surgery for several years now and it’s just getting worse. It’s impossible to get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor. You now have to do an online form which takes absolute ages to complete, but what happens to elderly people that don’t have Internet access because I’ve tried calling the surgery and they refuse to help and tell you to go online ? You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for prescription to be processed to go to the chemist which if you have run out of tablets it’s a major health problem.

The online booking appointment is down for weeks and when I called saying my daughter was sick and needed a urgent appointment, she said They could do nothing, I should seek guidance through 111. I do not know what is happening, but it used to be a good place, with friendly people and willing to help the patients. For a few months it has been impossible to get an appointment.

Having tried for 2 days now both on the telephone and on line it is completely impossible to get through to make an appointment. Their system online is often down and one waits ages and ages on the phone. So I went into the Surgery to try to get one for my partner who has been in hospital 5 weeks with Encephalitis. I lost it as I am under immence mental and physical pressure.

I have been suffering from pain for month .Gp text me receptionist will call and try to book face to face appointment.Appointment booking system is really bad and unhelpful staff .

I have mixed feelings about this surgery. I know GP surgeries are struggling nationwide, but there's currently no way to book here. The online platform, every single day upon checking, just says "The service will resume online on..." and just has the next day written there. I have been trying to get a simple repeat prescription sorted for severe back pain for over a week. I have called four times, and emailed twice. Every time I'm told 'within three days' and on one occasion was told it would be that day. I am still chasing it up and am losing more and more ability in my back on a daily basis. I would absolutely not recommend this GP surgery. Although I'd be interested in knowing what GP surgeries around me are actually able to function properly at the moment.

I have been suffering with a viral infection and wanted to request a repeat prescription for my bp medication. The online portal was down and I rang the surgery who advised me that I can to come in. I was flabbergasted as i have been staying at home so as to not spread the infection. I don’t want to make the staff or patients ill. Totally unhelpful staff insisting i come in whilst the issue is on their side. They also insisted that it was my job to ensure i have enough medication which i was actually doing

Phones are never answered - I waited 46 minutes for a receptionist to answer the phone! This is really disappointing this used to be a really good practice but it’s gone extremely down hill over the past few years. I hope that they can turn this around and sort out whatever is bringing the practice down

online system is near impossible to use with over complicated triage questions and no practical alternatives . i have trouble understanding system so called up reception for help and kept being told to call back later. I will be leaving the surgery after this fiasco . If you are old , infirm or have trouble reading or writing this system will not work for you.
