    Appointment booking system is really bad. Doesn’t consider those who may have learning disabilities/dyslexia or even elderly. You assume everyone can use such a tool and do not consider those who can not. Can’t even call to prebook a standard nurse appointment you are told no must be done by putting your symptoms in via the KLINIK app, I understand the need to improve patient access but that should not be a the detriment to other methods of booking. Patients should have an option of how they access care and posing such restrictions I believe heightens the risk of patient not being able to get the care they need in a timely manner. You should be able to call, book via patient access (which the surgery never has any visible appointments to book online ever), very restrictive at the moment and it feels as though you are begging for an appointment especially if your need is acute. Sometimes you even switch off the KLINK app in the middle of the day, imagine if someone required urgent appointment you may as well just shut the front doors. Really bad I think the practice should re think this one urgently. It’s very backwards way of doing things
