Incredible Support from the whole team at the Parklands practice, words cannot express enough my gratitude! The Doctor that has been supporting myself,i cannot praise him enough for everything he has done & also his ongoing support. Many thanks to all those involved 🙏

I called to ask for results after undergoing Some tests! I had several questions, all of which were listened to. I wasn’t made to feel a nuisance but rather put at my ease. I was looked after by my GP’s surgery, thank you.

My call was answered quickly and a very helpful receptionist was able to book the two appointments I needed within a few days.

Parklands has always been a great practice to us as a family. The reception and office staff always try their best to help make an appointment when needed and they always deliver. Thanks to all the team/doctors at parklands, we appreciate all your hard work as always.

The surgery is clearly managing a high volume of calls but despite this, an appointment was made promptly for my daughter after sending in an e consult. The doctor we saw was friendly, professional and was able to put my slightly nervous child at ease. The other team members I’ve been in contact with have all been friendly and helpful.

I feel truly cared for by Parklands Surgery. The staff are highly dedicated and, in the course of in-person and telephone appointments, are good at listening and providing explanations and advice.
