Many people are quick to complain but not quick enough to compliment, so I wanted to put pen to paper. I would like to say thank you to the wonderful service our Drs and Nurses offer at our practice. Over the past few years there have been so many negative comments in the press, social media, and also from family that attend other practices, fortunately none of which my family or I have experienced. Our Nurses gave my son exceptional attention, treating him several times a week for several months after an operation. My husband has had numerous appointments with Drs, again always willing to talk and if necessary see him, and myself have seen Drs and Nurses with no delay in getting an appointment, most of which was during Covid. I would like to thank them all for their hard work and dedication during difficult and normal times.

This surgery has provided me with generally exceptional service. Performance is both relative and absolute. Its absolute performance is really good. They have a friendly team of receptionists answering the phones in good time and generally very positive. All the nurses I have interacted with are knowledgeable and efficient and my GP Doctor Guard does a really good job with a positive “can do” attitude. Throughout covid they continued to provide an excellent service and whenever we have had to take our littles nephews in they have been quick to see them and kind. The attitude of the surgery is pro active - inviting you for jabs, offering on site physio, and for example promoting the nhs health check. Its relative performance is truly exceptional. I have the misfortune of having to experience practices with elderly parents in two different local villages nearby where getting anyone to answer the phone or getting doctors or nursing appointments is virtually impossible. Send Villages medical centre really excels in comparison.

I have needed to contact the Villages on several occasions this week. I was able to access an online telephone consultation quite easily and the doctor called early which was very welcome. The reception staff have been prompt in answering the phone and have dealt with my queries very efficiently and carefully. All in all, I am very grateful to be a part of this Practice and feel very fortunate to have received such prompt care.
