My doctor knows her stuff. She has given me medicine for my problem and she diagnosed it well. Medicine is working. I feel a lot better.

The woman on reception was very helpful and gave me an appointment four days later. My doctor was very quick to assess my problem and instantly referred me for an X-ray. She informed me of the results of the X-ray within half day of receiving them and invited me to make a telephone appointment to discuss the results. Reception again was very helpful in explaining how the process for booking telephone appointments work. So, as a result and overall, I am very happy with the service I received.

The consultation was friendly, unhurried, put me at ease and inspired confidence that the Doctor had understood everything completely and recommended an appropriate path going forward. Would recommend without hesitation.

Having had difficulty with the Knowle Green Website in relation to ordering a repeat Prescription. I went to the Surgery to seek advice, and expected to be handed a sheet of instructions, but no! I was given one to one tuition by one of the Patient Reception Team. The lady I spoke to was Very Friendly, Informative & Helpful and repeated the process a number of times on her screen for me in a very patient and caring manner. It was a pleasure talking to her. I left the Surgery a lot wiser than when I walked in. Once again Thank you.

Lived in Staines for 20 years and have never been able to get an appointment to see GP and when I have to see a nurse to get a dressing changed I was told they do not work Fridays and they had none available any other day . Receptionists not very helpful to say the least.

I can't count how many access/confirmation codes were sent to me just to get registered, not to mention having to take a video of myself but I still can't access a nominated pharmacy. I dread to think how the elderly cope with this! Not a good system at all and not user friendly.

Thank you for your feedback on the system. Unfortunately the platform you appear to have been trying to access is the NHS England app which the practice has no "control" over as regards their requirements to register. We are currently looking at alternatives for online access which we hope will make things a lot simpler.

I was feeling pretty low due to some mental health issues that have arrised in my family live. The doctor was outstanding she had a strong sense of calm and compassion and left me with a sense of hope for the future thank you it made all the difference and especially at some a tender time of year

The toilet is clean ; receptionists helpful but found getting repeat prescription quite hard website says we must use the app not everyone has a mobile
