I find the team at Holbourne and Ferryview very helpful and understanding. If they can't help in a certain situation they all point me in the right direction

Manage to get appointment on the same day which is very surprising . Receptionist was very helpful and doctor I saw today was very helpful with my problem

Called the surgery around 08:10 , 30 ahead of me, however a msg said press 1 or 3 for ca back, I thought OK. Blow me down with a feather, received call back 25 minutes later. Excellent service 👍🏾

Very helpful when you call to make an appointment and you can opt to get a call back if the queue is long. The practice has excellent services and very clean. The staff are all polite and have empathy.

Only a certain receptionist is an excellent receptionist and only one doctor is an excellent doctor other doctors and employees not so much

The woman that saw me was very engaged extremely helpful and friendly and listened attentively to what I had to say she genuinely cared and even provided further information for me to read and understand about my health. Her service was phenomenal she went the extra mile. Its nurses like that restore my faith in humanity I hope she truly gets the recognition she truly deserves. i was that impressed that I asked her whether there was anywhere I could provide feedback.

The doctor has listened and is trying his best to stop me from being in pain. He listened to me and explained what he was trying to do. Referred me to the appropriate people.
