I went the St Stephen’s Health Centre today for an appointment for Flu and Covid Vaccine at 2-21 pm the Queue was horrendous I finally got my Vaccines 62 minutes later. What is the point of having an appointment and the Surgery is not holding up to the times stated. It might as well of been walk in Clinic. There was old and infirm waiting for an hour from there allotted appointment's. It’s totally disgusting how we was treated

I am satisfied with the help I receive here. There are good doctors and well-organized work here. I receive any help on time and well.

  3. Review titled Never get it right

Rated 1 star out of 5

They consistently mess up repeat prescriptions month after month. I cannot remember the last time I didn’t have to call and chase because each and every time they fail to process the requested repeat medication. They’re never even sorry. They will blame staff sickness, bank holidays, days ending in a y. It’s never their fault though.

  4. Review titled Constantly let down

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been with this surgery for over 10 years now and have found the service steadily getting worse. I have felt let down by constant phone appointments being forgotten about, by check-up calls not being followed up with, and by the way, most, doctors have been in a rush to get me to leave them alone, despite needing more advice on matters, to name but a few. I will say that despite this, seemingly under-staffed surgery, I have had some very positive moments with a couple of doctors and every nurse, which does make me feel terrible to leave a review like this. However, I can't help but feel like myself, and many other patients, must be feeling incredibly let down by this surgery and the care they receive, if they can even get as far as to receive it. I am aware that Covid has effected much of the NHS network, but I can't help but feel that the quality of care has been low even pre-covid. I hope to see some improvements in appointment times and requests, as well as increased staff in the future, but for now I don't see it improving much soon.

  5. Review titled Poor

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I'm a patient here and have been for 16 +year's.Since Covid pandemic ,this surgery has not resumed normal service, you cannot get a Dr's appointment .Got told by reception it's because they have too few Dr's and 37.500 patient's.....so why are they taking on more patient's,when they cannot care for the ones on their register already???It's a fair question .
