This time great service did e-consult in morning, got call back at 12.15. Gp prescribed pain medication and made referral to OT and e mailed while on the call. Medication sent over to chemist and by 2pm had medication. I cant have wished for a better service .

I received an appointment to see a Dr at short notice. He was very thorough with the examination and explained clearly the diagnosis and treatment needed He also has a pleasant to talk to.

I contacted econsult and got a very quick reply offering me an appointment the same morning The doctor I saw was kind caring and thorough and immediately made a referral for me I could not have asked for more

I had a follow up telephone consult with GP. They listened to my queries, noted the problems and then referred to specialist for further investigation. I was happy with the way I was treated and how the doctor conducted themselves.
