    If you lucky enough your call answered, then you might get an appointment or just told “try again tomorrow… Waiting in the waiting area with a 1 year old for more than half an hour, it’s not what I would call Healthcare. Pointless to book appointments.

    It used to fairly easy to at least get an on the phone niw seems impossible. 2 hours trying on first occasion so gave up, today rang out so gave up again!

    Dear Patient Thank you for your comments, we welcome all feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had difficulties in accessing the surgery on this occasion over the telephone. The practice does offer on-line booking which enables the patient to make an appointment anytime without the need to telephone the surgery.     Recently saw GP at Sedlescombe prescribed antibiotics course of 21 tablets. Following completion of course happened to notice expiry date on box was 09/2021 some 18 months out of date. Contacted surgery and received an apology had phone call from GP following day saying reissuing In Date prescription. All well and good but was not asked or informed whether tablets being this amount of time out of date could be harmful and I was made to feel that it didn’t really matter when it could explain some effects I have experienced since finishing the out of date tablets prescribed but I wasn’t asked about that possibility. Unbelievable.

    I use to get my tablets from westfield surgery but they kept getting my tablets wrong so came to sedlescombe what a difference they are cheerful and very efficient well done sedlescombe brillant surgery

    Ive only been at this practice for 2 years but i cannot fault them !! The GPs reception staff and chemist are all helpful ! In this day when there is so much strain on the nhs they yave never failed to help me or my hubby!! Well done

    Called surgery at 8:30 this morning. Got through by 8:45 with Tel appt that same day. Doctor called at 10am. Gave us face to face appointment at 5pm the same day. So happy with how easy it is to access the surgery and to be reviewed, especially with all the difficulties that surgeries are facing in the current climate. Even better was the GP (NHS website won't let me name him) who was a great listener, paid attention to our concerns and was patient with my daughter, who has additional needs. Very impressed with the service from this surgery.

    My family have always been given the best care. We have been patients for 13 years and have found the care and attention to detail to be exemplary. Referrals or any extra health care has been provided when needed. Appointments are thorough and unhurried and we are listened to.

    This practice has always been very good. But over the last two years of Covid they have been exceptional. Working under great pressure they have looked after me and my family so well. Also there is great kindness from all the staff which means a lot. S F Stephenson
