My experience with this practice is very positive. I needed an emergency appointment where I had to call practice on the emergency time frame ,the professional and supportive receptionist that this practice have , promptly assisted me in finding a doctor consultation on the same day. In regards my doctors and nurse I always feel assisted and confident

I called the practice for an enquiry and amazed to see the top class service and the patient attention provided over the call. The staff are really experienced and knowledgeable to provide right guidance and assist the patients with care. I had also requested them for appointments for travel vaccinations, their guidance on the information was exemplary. Not to mention, the patient care follow ups they do are very good and we feel lucky to have been associated with this GP. Certainly recommend this GP Practice...

The staff and receptionists at Kenwood are always great. Recently, I missed my appointment due to overrunning a meeting at work, and when I called back they booked me into an appointment straight away the same day. They didn't say anything negative and understood my situation. I am entirely grateful, as the appointment was important so I can be prescribed with the needed antibiotics. Thank you to the Kenwood Medical reception staff

I've consistently had a great experience at Kenwood Medical Centre. They're always prompt and helpful, fitting me and my kids in for same-day appointments whenever possible. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming too. GP has been fantastic! They provided excellent care throughout and understood my concerns about my child. They even went the extra mile by securing referrals for both A&E and a private hospital, exactly as I requested. Thank you!

End of September 2923 I had developed flu symptoms and first week of October 2023 I booked a appointment face to face to see a doctor in the surgery through the surgery office without any difficulties Then I was developed heavy pain in my left leg fir that the surgery office arranged another appointment within to see the doctor face to face after seeing the doctor arranged blood test and urine test on receipt of the test results doctor arranged antibiotics and other medicines now I am almost recovered from the illness in the meantime doctor arranged a appointment with my Oncology consultant on 8th of November I am sure without my surgery's timely help I would have suffered mire I like to register my appreciation on doctors and admin staff of Kenwood Medical Centre

This GP practice offers a first class NHS service all the staff are externally knowledgeable professional and very caring Patient are treated as individuals with integrity The GP’s are approachable and extremely experienced in managing patients concerns and ailments 10/10 for this surgery and all the staff thank you !

We are very happy and satisfied with this practice. The other day my husband had an appointment to change the bandage for his wound. When the nurse took the bandage off she was so concerned as the wound was infected. She called the doctor to have a look and the doctor prescribed antibiotics. I would definitely recommend this practice. The reception staff and doctors are very helpful and compassionate

Our daughter was in hospital for 18 weeks, including 5 weeks in Intensive Care. When she was discharged we needed help and support to manage her various problems. We found the practice to be marvellous, everyone from the reception staff to the GP's were so helpful and happy to advise.

Went through IVF abroad and all the staff were very helpful, upbeat and reassuring when I was found to be positive. As a much older mum, the results were definitely miraculous when the baby was born in May. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone with their friendly attitude.

I really wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation for the wonderful reception staff, doctors and nurses at my surgery. I had a examination this month and was very nervous but the nurse performing it went through the whole thing, explaining, showing me all the equipment and really putting me at ease . The reception staff are so friendly , helpful and always put me at ease. I find it easy to make an appointment with the doctors who are all extremely kind and reassuring as well as brilliant at their jobs. Top class surgery .
