    This time I had a blood pressure test. The medical person was friendly and supportive and gave me good advice which I have acted on.

    I felt comfortable and that I could talk about what I needed to discuss with the doctor. She has made some referrals which is what I was hoping for.

    I had an urgent skin problem which was spreading quickly and becoming extremely uncomfortable. The only way to make an appointment here is via an online form and then you have to wait for a message to tell you that a doctor is going to call you at a time that they specify (usually given as a morning/afternoon/evening, so you have to keep the entire time free). On one occasion I was given an appointment that was two weeks after I submitted the form, in which time the problem became worse and started spreading. If you miss the call (which I could not avoid on one occasion) then you have to start again fron scratch. I had two phone appointments for this issue (one of which was made via the out-of-hours service, as it was the only way I could get an appointment quickly) and on both occasions I was asked to send photos of the affected area - I was then prescribed medication which had no effect or was wrong (was prescribed scalp medication when the problem was not predominantly on my scalp). In the end I felt I had no choice but to pay to go and see a private dermatologist as I didn't want it to spread any further and it was becoming very uncomfortable. Upon seeing the dermatologist it was quickly diagnosed the correct medication was prescribed. I feel that if I had been seen in person this would have saved everyone's time as I would have got an accurate diagnosis from the start.

    A good review and informative information and advice gained. I felt reassure and satisfied. I had a thorough health review and reviewed options demonstrated. I was relaxed with the review and the health advice given was reassuring and answered my concerns.

    The health practioner took the time to explain the procedure, listened to my concerns and made me feel relaxed during what can be a painful and uncomfortable procedure which I really appreciated.

    I have been trying to get a bottle to give a sample for over a month. Too busy at reception and very slow. I received a phone call about needing it and was told to come to the other window. They refused to help. Please give the correct information when you phone

    I have been trying to log on to the surgery but cannot to so as it wont recognise my details. I registered with patient access and made a nore of the ridiculously long password but it will not accept it. I want to order some more co-codamol as I have run out. Please advise. I give up. This is getting stupid
