The doctor helped me immensely with my ongoing and new issues. It was a telephone call but he took his tiwm to listen to me and deak with eachbissue I raised and explained things to me with care.... I am very grateful

Before you register to this doctors please read the google reviews. It will prove how bad this place really is. I have been let down constantly by this doctors time after time but todays experience has really topped the list of failures for this surgery. Even though I called up on the dot at 8am, and even though 111 had sent a referral yesterday for me to be seen, and even though I have a medical condition that means that everything needs to be taken with importance, I get told that Monday appointments are reserved for infants and there are no appointments for me? No where on their website does it say this, it doesn’t even say this on their phone system. The knowledge of this surgery’s reception staff is incredibly poor. How is it that these people are the people that filter through who should be seen by the doctor or not?

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel we were unable to help you. We do not have a policy of reserving appointments only for infants and the triaging is done by clinicians, so that we can provide you with the best care pathway. The prescription team worked very efficiently to provide an alternative prescription due to shortage of available medication. They were quick and communicative and took care in solving an urgent issue. Great pleasure to work with.

I was very impressed by the service I received yesterday from the medication practitioner at the Practice. My GP had declined my recent request for a repeat prescription because my Consultant had not informed them about the increased dose that I now need to take. The medication practitioner really helped by sending me a link so that I could upload to my medical record an email from my Consultant about the increased dose. Once the Practice had received this email from me, the medication practitioner spoke to a GP and arranged for the prescription to be issued on the same day. Thank you very much, this was just what I needed.

Request for my prescription. Truly the person in charge for prescriptions is exceptionally caring. Not only she completed my request of prescrption she showed humane caring how I manage with my day to day living because of my condition of Rheumatoid Arthritis and if it was anything I needed regarding my condition. She showed knowledge and made me feel calm and reassured when we talked regarding my condition. Truly I felt so content and happy of my experience with the person in charge of prescriptions. Thank you

Needed support on getting my adhd medication before a holiday which was difficult because of uk wide stock shortages. They were a great support in suggesting where might have it, changing my pharmacy to be able to pick it up there and speeding up getting the prescription. They also called to check in to ensure everything was sorted in the end.

This doctor I saw today is excellent . I would love for her to stay at this practice . She is diligent , caring , concerned and I really felt taken care of . I cannot commend her highly enough . This practice , which id troubled and has lots of problems really desperately needs good people like her

On 9 May 2023 I had an appointment with Doctor s.. ....m. Long before the surgery opened - at 8.14am - she had texted me certain information regarding my visit. That's dedication! Later in the day my appointment was very punctual. I appreciated that Doctor treated me as an individual, despite the obviously demanding day. I send this review as my expression of thanks to Doctor ....m.
