Surgery phoned to say they are going to send a text link to send a blood pressure reading to them, wait a week, no text, phone them, no trace of call, will look into it, nothing happens! Diagnosed with a serious medical issue, pharmacist phones, not a doctor! Give face to face appointment to a patient with a cold, genuine patients can’t even get an appointment as you’re number 40 in the queue! Something needs to be done about this surgery for their lack of care

Excellent online service I find that can sometimes be easier than calling as phones get busy I order repeat prescriptions and do online consultations and always get a reply with a friendly helpful Doctor which I used today and my telephone consultation was helpful informative and my doctor helped prescribe and help with my medical issue quickly and efficiently

It was a great experience to visit the GP. The vaccination staff was so welcoming and polite they made me and my baby very comfortable. She is doing amazing job.

Last month I had a bad cold, visited GP 8/4/24, I was recovering but I was still quite short of breath. I was booked for Blood tests and asked to take my Blood Pressure 4 x a day, and give findings to the person taking bloods. Although, not concerned as the time, I received a text asking me to have 24hr BP monitoring - the Pharmacy said, we will call when we have appointments; it has been a week now? Had call from GP stating me previous Blood test were too high, so another arm fill in Friday. Another Call from GP, the previous bloods Cholesterol and Sugar levels too high. Wanted to put up my meds and make me diabetic - I said No! That I will reduce sugars and fats 'give me a month and test again'! However, they want me to talk to a dietitian! Much ask some of the above me, may niggle me but at least their paying attention. March 2023, I fell down the stairs, damaging my feet but all medical staff said nothing was wrong; it took until Oct/Nov diagnosis a lot of damage. So I would say the surgery has improved, considering their patients.

I been given appointment with Physcian associates in Ilford medical centre regarding my Ankle pain. She didn't look it properly and didn't write anything in my record. Which was unprofessional. Again I have to take my daughter to surgery and she was given appointment , who was also Physician Associate and could not get why my daughter is having rash on her upper lip. He called for help. My experience with Physician Associates are not at all good. They are not Doctor and are wasting our time in Surgery. Ilford Medical centre should not hire them at all. They need some experience doctors

We had today my child wound care drassing following up appointments we had very great service today . Thanks for nurse very much This ilford medical practice provide very great service specially Staff Miss great service . Well done thanks for great care for their patients

My appointment with the trainee GP was very professional and thorough. Not rushed at all. Examined in detail as per my symptoms. Very Happy with the GP I was seen by.
