    Last month I did some tests, results arrived within a week but I had to wait over a month(today) to speak over the phone to a doctor since they said there was no urgence(for them). Today the gp called me, a 2 min call, 2 minutes (still have the screenshot) to tell me I cannot have gluten, no explanation about why and how bad this is, he said “look on internet what you can’t have”, also on internet by myself I found out that depending from the problem you might need to use different tools to avoid croos contamination. Also he said a specialist will be in touch, don’t know when, don’t know how, so in the meantime, after continuing eating gluten for over a month cause they couldn’t call earlier to say these 2 sentences. I have to use my fantasy to feed myself in an appropriate way. I thought doctors were supposed to cure people.

    Explain things thoroughly when undergo the cervical screening. Really care about patients and trying to make patient more comfortable by explaining every step. I’m grateful to have a nice and gentle nurse handle the smear test.

    The lady who took my blood sample was very friendly, talkative and easygoing. She eased me in and told me I did great.

    I had a call regarding a fit note, they called for a second and hung up, I then received a text saying next time I miss an appointment I should tell them, when I hadn't missed anything. I had to call back, wait in a queue, just to get through to the nurse and tell them I waited hours for their call for it to hang up & I hadn't missed the call. They were not understanding, rude and started listing my records back to me and all the appointments I missed or had to schedule again, when this hadn't nothing to do with the appointment. They also mentioned they have to ask questions to make sure you're not lying to doctors if they have to go to court because of your sick note (??) This was very inappropriate, mentioning that they suspect patients could be potentially lying about their symptoms. This was meant to be a mental health nurse, why would it be appropriate to talk to patients this way? Every experience at the practice is similar to this, hostile and rude staff and doctors, nothing is improved or learnt for next time, just empty words and no progress. I have never had a good experience at this surgery unfortunately.

    Good afternoon. I don't really understand what is going on with this GP practice to be honest. I booked an online consultation appointment last Friday and they gave me a time slot for 14:30 on a Saturday, which previously I was informed they are not open. Regardless to this I was waiting for the call to have a prescription which never happened although I made time for the afternoon for this, cancelling other things. I had to call 111 to organise an urgent care and they did what the GP should have been. I even got a confirmation text for this appointment. I also had a week ago another appointment booked for this Friday coming at 17:30 as I'm working Monday to Friday. They took all my details and gave me a doctors name and everything also, got a message confirmation about the booking too. I called them today saying I cannot make it tomorrow and I would like to cancel it. The person at the desk said she cannot find my appointment and by the way the doctor in on annual leave anyway. I was shocked because first of all both cases I have been lied about the appointment and also, its a common decency to let me know if something is changing in the schedule. I'm not even sure if I should call them again because I got false information both times.

    I have only been to the surgery a few times but reception staff have always been friendly and helpful although can be frustrating when there is a queue and only one person working but 6 people behind the screen who don’t come to help. Nurses have always been lovely. Hard to get an appointment but that’s the same everywhere. My only real complaint is that on my last gp visit I felt very rushed and at times felt like he wasn’t listening to what I was saying properly

    Staff is reliable, on time, helpful, considerate, caring. The nurse who took my blood was very gentle and understood my fear of blood

    This is one of the best GP practices I’ve ever dealt with. High level of professionalism and efficiency from all staff members, courteous and understanding approach to patients and their queries. Booking appointments extremely easy, short waiting times on the phone. The practice premises are always spotlessly clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice.
