    My new born baby recently had thrush, after receiving the query they responded within a couple of hours, reviewed the situation with pediatrician and got back to me the next day. Through the whole process, they were responsive, patient and extremely supportive to a new parent like me. This is a great GP whenever I have any issue. The doctors are knowledgable, kind and patient, and very caring. The reception team offer great help whenever I reach out. I’m very grateful to have their support, and for the NHS system that gives the amazing level of care to everyone.

    I had an appointment today and instead of telling me the gp was running behind they let me sit for nearly an hour , not the worst thing a lady in the desk was on the phone to someone and when she got off she commented about the patient being a handful and posh snob saying nothing is good enough for her, her fellow colleagues laughed , it’s extremely disrespectful to do this and I can believe how they talked about someone calling up

    Great practice, the staff are very caring right down to the reception to the Doctors. Had an issue and was referred to a specialist and was seen in 2 weeks & then back today for results!

    I went into the practice to pick up a form for blood tests as requested by the doctor (who was helpful and thorough). When I asked the receptionist, she acted like no one had ever requested this before. I was asked to sit. I waited almost half an hour, then asked again at the reception. The receptionist walked over to another staff member who printed the form in less than a minute. Instead of handing me the form so I could be on my way, she stood in front of me folding the paper slowly, looked past me and started talking to another person. She then put her hand out without acknowledging me in a dismissive manner. I usually don’t write reviews but this was so rude and the service was so incompetent. No one should be treated this way, especially after a stressful day at work.

    I have always been very impressed with the the Practice. I have been able to see a GP about 7 times in the last 2 months with problems concerning my arthritic lumbar spine and with bronchitis (which is serious because I have been diabetic since 1993). Both the receptionists answering my phone calls and the various GPs who have treated me have been friendly, courteous and very helpful. They have addressed my concerns speedily, efficiently and effectively. In view of the negative comments made by friends and family about the inability to gain access to GPs, I can only thank the practice for providing such an excellent service.

    The practice receptionist was efficient and friendly. It’s a nice clean waiting room and my GP was running on time. My GP didn’t make me feel rushed in anyway, he has been my GP a long while and is always understanding and listens carefully. We discussed my test results and the way forward. He was very positive and I felt very confident when leaving.

    I'm fortunate that I don't have to use my surgery much but, on the recent occasions that I've needed to for a couple of non-urgent issues, I've been delighted with my care. I've been able to secure the kind of appointment needed very easily, received great care from both a doctor and a physio, and had lovely experiences with the reception staff. Thank you so much to you all for being so kind and caring!

    This is a really good practice. Our particular doctor is all that you could ask for in a GP - helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, easy to talk to, and somehow magically always seems to have enough time not to rush you. He gives you confidence. And all the other medical staff, the nurses, doctors and pharmacists I have talked to are also approachable, reliable, nice and very competent. I would also like to put in a word for the reception staff. They too are uniformly friendly, really good at their jobs, and will go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you need. Thanks to them there is a good atmosphere in the surgery which you feel from the minute you walk in. I was unbelievably impressed the other day, listening to the receptionist talking on the phone to someone who, it sounded, was saying the same thing over and over again and asking the same questions over and over again. The receptionist’s patience and helpfulness throughout were astonishing - I would have been climbing the walls.

    Partners, salaried docs and nurses great. Receptionists patient and kind. Internet systems for patients rather clunky so roll-on the day that ordering repeat prescriptions online works without needing to complete e-consult or phoning a few days before. Ridiculous that caps for general practitioner and internet systems can't be used in reviews like this. All that private investment and outsourcing of bits of NHS not working.

    I wish to commend the receptionists. Last week I gave a letter requesting medications as I am going away. She read the letter and immediately transcribed it onto the computer. This expedited matters and I am grateful. The ladies on the reception desk are always efficient and courteous in dealing with patients.
