Really happy with the way the receptionists look after us. They’ve been very helpful and usually get me an appointment on the same day or within a couple of days. Thank you to the receptionist and the seniors.

I was recommend to register here by a family friend, Five Elms Docs are honestly such a fabulous team, they are very accommodating and always assist with getting an appointment and keeping everything easy for us. Thanks again guys.

Wasn’t too keen on using the application the staff ask you to download but eventually I got used to it. The staff set everything up and explained how to use it which was fantastic. Appointments are always offered to me on the day I need them which is good so thank you for this.

I have just registered with this doctors after leaving my old doctors due to their poor service. So far this doctors is doing a really good job. I’ve managed to get an appointment on the same day after using an app that they tell you to use. Great service so far. Really well managed doctors well done to the receptionists and managers.

I visited my Doctors last week due to some concerns I had with my health, the whole team was very supportive and very friendly. I came into the Doctors around an hour before closing time and unfortunately there was no appointments left. The receptionist went and got the manager who had a word with the doctor and got me seen which was fantastic!. I would like to commend the staff for going above and beyond for me.

A couple of years ago this practice had gone severely down hill but in recent months while I’ve been using the service at Five Elms I have to mention I’ve been extremely surprised with how greatly the service has improved. The reception team are much more help now then they ever have been and when I want to speak to the manager they are always available or always call me back if I need. Thank you to the surgery for making receiving health care in such a difficult period so easy for me.

I attended the practice on 4th July & 18 July 2023 and need to point out that the surgery has improved unbelievably. The reception team and clinical team have changed in the most fabulous way. The new manager has also been extremely helpful and understanding in all ways and has made my experience at the practice fantastic along with the reception and clinical team.

Me and my wife have recently visited and have had telephone calls from the doctors and must say that it has had a very big improvement, the reception team have started to make our lives a lot easier with the excellent service and my new manager is very helpful and helped me and my wife receive and excellent service!
