Was lovely to speak to the Practice Manager who actually listened and not rushed me which is normally the case with many GP. Thank you for listening, being friendly and helpful.

Seen the GP this morning and he was helpful, professional and attentive. A doctor that listened and fully explained my condition.

I was extremely pleased and grateful for the help I received from Soliman today at the surgery. He was very helpful in assisting me with a difficult situation I was in. He managed to resolve the problem for me.

Very difficult to get thru on the phone. Can’t see a Doctor on first appointment, has to be a telephone appointment first. My recent experience has been on going for 6 months where I have had to push and push to be seen and have experienced in professional call from a locum Doctor who was very unhelpful and hung up on me.

Thank you for your comment. I apologies for any inconvenience. We do offer variety appointments to meet patients demand appropriately. I understand the telephone consultation but we are still in pandemic situation so we are triaging patients to see patients face to face as clinically appropriately. Absolutely terrible GP, I have never seen or heard about something like this. They took all my family including 2 children aged 3 and 9 out from the system one month after we registered with them without giving us explanation. When phoned to ask why they said we have changed the adress and we're not eligible anymore to be registered. I have explained we have not moved the adress and we're still at same adress and they wouldn't even tell me where they have that information from. Nothing would change the fact will be taken out from the system. Not able to get any appointments at any times anyways. All staff just loosing time around there and all they'll tell you is fully booked. Avoid this GP is absolutely terrible with incompetent staff. Even after we registered we have been called again to register because the system was not showing that we're registered..So many mistakes in a very short time. Will write to the Health Ministry to complain about this GP
