This morning I had a telephone consultation with Dr. It was a very positive experience. Dr was able to give me the advice and reassurances I needed. A prescription was prescribed and sent to pharmacy. Thank you

The Practice has really recovered after the pandemic. The Reception team work hard and go out if their way to assist. Face to face on the day appointments are offered and the Doctors and Nurses are very good. My call this morning was answered after a few minutes and I was offered a face to face with the Dr of my choosing who was working in the Practice today.

The Doctor was amazing and professionally put my mind at ease after two previous visits I walked away none the wiser and given antibiotics which I did not need

I had a telephone consultation with a GP today: Fantastically patient in listening to me, took the time to ask questions and was very empathetic. This GP discussed my concerns thoroughly, shared her knowledge and really made me feel she had considered all aspects of my care before making suggestions about a way forward. Thank you so much - your time, knowledge and efforts were greatly appreciated.

I am new to this practice and was delighted with the service I received .I rang the surgery and was answered almost immediately , the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful and allocated me a GP telephone appointment for the same morning ( at my previous practice I would have waited considerably longer to speak to the GP ) The GP listened to me and responded efficiently to my requests .Joining a new practice is always concerning but the way I have been communicated with so far has put my mind at rest and I feel confident that I will be more than satisfied in the future

The clinical and administrative staff are all so wonderful, helpful and friendly. Whenever I’ve had to call, I get through very quickly and am generally given a same day in-person or telephone appointment. Having been a patient at a number of different practices, I can easily say that this is the best of the bunch. My family are all envious of how quickly and efficiently we are seen. It’s very reassuring to be greeted with kindness by staff at reception each time we come in. Then, when seeing a member of the clinical team, we’re always treated with excellent care and attention.

The gp really listened to me and put me at ease. He was friendly and knowledgable. The doctor had time for me and it really helped.

I cant fault this surgery in any way. I have had close contact with a GP for the past year who has helped me more then I could ever ask, they have helped me turn my life around. Another family member also has on going health issues & every time we have called, we have managed to get a same day appointment & a prescription issued straight away. During these tough times, I cant fault this surgery in anyway. I would reccommend this surgey to any new patient.

I would like to share the very efficient care I feel that I have received from the surgery with the thorough checks of any health issues I have had of late. I started on HRT about 1 year ago and felt like I was treated incredibly well, everything was explained to me so that I could make an informed choice and I have felt that I have had my hand held by the doctors that I have spoken to all the way through. The follow up has been incredible, with any problems that I have had being dealt with efficiently and very quickly. Although most of my appointments are by phone, which suits me due to work, I feel a personal touch has always been shown. I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and feel like I am still receiving a personal touch from all at the staff at the surgery.
