I needed an appointment quite quickly due to a possibility of an infection. My call was answered quickly, an appointment arranged for the same afternoon and I was seen on time. Stunning service!

I seem to have a great experience with all the staff at the practice. I had a chat with the doctors who was able to explain what my issue was & with medication I would get better.

My grandmother had an appointment with them and they were 45 minutes late we felt that she was forgotten about .

Attended to have a mole/skin lesion removed, procedure was carried out quickly and smoothly. Felt calm during the procedure and put at ease.

The telephone consult held was as planned for but without prompting I was asked if I could make a pm appointment the following day which was great news. My GP practice doctor conducted the injection of corticosteroids to both hands with care, consideration and professionalism. He enquired about my general health, listened to my history and long term periods of pain explaining the benefits of pain relief, various responses and durations of success possible and although unlikely the risks concerned for which a consent form had to be duly signed to proceed. All seems well so far six days on.

Whenever I have the slightest concern, I call the receptionist early ( the receptionists since the past year 10/10) and a doctor always calls back, usually within 30 minutes, and if necessary, I can see them that day. Also the prescription department 10/10.
