I have been seeing the lady ANP at this practice for the past 8 month's and can honestly say that with her amazing care, support and understanding, she has helped me to smile and love life again. I will be forever grateful for how she has helped me turn my life around, she is a real credit to the surgery. Thank you for everything.

The lady ANP I saw today and I have seen previously, she is very knowledgeable, patient focused, and knows her patient extremely well. She makes me feel comfortable and actually listens to your ailments She is an amazing ANP

I had cardiac issues and the ANP referred me urgently to cardiology for further investigations. The follow up was also really good

What's the point of a surgery that doesn't see patients for weeks and always says go yo A&E instead...like A&E want all this extra pressure while the Doctors do minimal work and hours.

Today I had to take my child to the surgery after a 111 operator had instructed myself that my child needed to see a Dr within an hour, the staff were great and gave me an appointment within 10 minutes, the medical professional that tended to my child was extremely thorough, made us feel welcome and put my mind at rest .

Having heard friends and relatives telling me that it’s impossible to get appointments with their GP this isn’t the case with Clay hill medical practice. Even if a GP appointment isn’t available on the day you phone you are advised that an appointment with a nurse may be of help. I have been with the practice for 10 years and find reception staff polite and helpful and willing to help. I telephoned the surgery on a Monday morning asking to see my GP because of extreme pain in my leg. I was told that my GP would call me . Which she did and after my explanation of my reason for calling my GP said she felt a scan was necessary. My GP arranged this for me. After two days I received a call asking me to make an appointment for a scan at a GP surgery close to where I live. I had the appointment on that following Sunday . I was given a letter to give to my GP , which I did . The following day I had telephone call from my GP with the results of my scan and what it was and the treatment needed. Under current circumstances with the NHS I believe this is definitely a GP practice trying to do their very best for their patients .

Hiya Many thanks for your lovely review, as you say these are difficult times, but we strive to give the very best possible service for our patients. The staff all work extremely hard and do get a lot of verbal abuse from patients, but they carry on with a smile on their face regardless.
