I was referred for this appointment for blood tests and follow up with the doctor. The wonderful office and front desk team are warm and welcoming and offer care and consideration and privacy. The nurses are wonderful and very good at taking blood painlessly. The Doctors are all wonderful and so caring and professional and really thorough in their examinations and diagnosis. I highly recommend this GP practice.

Had help at Callowland surgery, 4pm, to book an appointment online ( I am never ill so this was all new to me). Submitted the form, drove home, 10 mins, walked through the door at 4 30, phone rang offering me an appt at 5pm in Bushey! Thankyou for such a fast response.

The GP attended to me today was very reassuring, she makes me feel comfortable with my appointment and has provided me with informed choices based on my preferences and personal circumstances. She even spare me few more minutes to discussed other concerns and made relevant referral as needed. I truly appreciate your very kind accommodation and treatment!! Thank you and thanks to the wonderful chaperon lady who's been equally kind and reassuring.

The patient triage works really welll and the response times for the team are excellent. I needed to get prescriptions and blood tests done and this was all done for me very quickly and efficiently.

The doctor I saw was helpful as I have found with all that have had contact with. I was seen on time which was good and I like the fact that I was phoned previous day and got the appointment next day.

I recently visited for a blood test and it was honestly the quickest and smoothest I've ever had. Like most people I'm not a huge fan of needles, and have had some issues in the past with health practitioners not being able to find veins etc. The procedure was over before I even realised, and the nurse was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and reassuring but incredibly quick and professional. Thank you!

I am a complex case and in regular contact with the surgery. I have had no negative experiences with them as they always strive to do the best for the patient, even when budgets are low and waiting lists are high. Today, I had an asthma/COPD review and it went very well. The pharmacist was polite, understanding and empathetic. This is always the case.
