This company Omnes Heathcare run outsourced ENT at Eastleigh Health Centre , Hampshire . The service they provide is dreadful and their contract should be cancelled . Phone calls from consultants of dubious quality cannot replace a face to face consultation. As an example I had a phone call saying I had an infection , then the call was ended leaving me worried . I emailed and phoned them without any success , leaving me no option but to go to emergency outpatients. Stop this drain on the NHS , its not efficient

Attended appointment with child and was told it was cancelled due to inadequate information on the referral that was sent. Referrer was contacted and disputed this claim. Another referral has been sent and still this organisation cannot confirm if the issue has been resolved, ie information requested has been received. I have to wait until the day before the appointment to find out , what a shambles!

Turned up to my appointment to be told that no one from that team is in. Helpful receptionist emailed and was told that the clinic was cancelled on the 6th November over 2 weeks ago and the admin team forgot to contact me and 2 other patients who had also turned up. I have had to take a days annual leave for this appointment and pay for parking that has now been wasted.

I had reason to visit omnes third party dermatology at Eastleigh Hampshire Health Centre this morning 22nd Nov.2023 for 0900 appointment having driven from home address in New Forest, 15 miles away in rush hour traffic. At 0940 I spoke with Health Centre receptionist to ask if I was in correct place. She checked and found door to clinic locked and shut. In meantime another patient with 0930 appointment joined conversation and telephoned Omnes to be told staff member had gone off sick. I left Centre extremely annoyed only to telephoned by Omnes at 0950 and the lady said she had only just heard off the failure. She apologised for the situation but then added that there were no further appointments and I would go on the waiting list. I know people go off sick but not to have a contingency plan is very unprofessional especially as we had to be there 10 minutes early and if 10 minutes late forget it. If this the way Omnes treat their patients NHS should consider carefully who they outsource resources to. Very disgruntled patient

Appointment letter for ENT suggested I would see a consultant, not so, as 2 days before appointment a text message arrives informing me it’s a telephone consultation which was just a rushed less than 3 minute phone call dismissing me as quickly as possible. The line was terrible so not sure where he was calling from. Ordered scan when I had already had one so makes me wonder if he had read my notes? Call centre on average took 27 minutes to answer my calls trying to find out who the consultant was and who was the company working on behalf of the nhs. Not acceptable to be using telephone consultation for ENT patients. Face to face should be possible but assume costs are cheaper using the phone. Horrible experience with Omnes

Consultant 50 minutes late for appointment. The previous week the appointment was cancelled due to bad weather. Only informed that consultant late, because another patient asked the receptionist where the consultant was as her appointment was late , due to this the receptionist phoned Omnes. When consultant arrived , no introduction no apology, poor bedside manner.

Received a text on Wednesday confirming an appointment the next day- no letter or chance to book time off work. No details provided on where the actual appointment would take place, just a phone number that no one answers. Tried to call next day (day of so-called appt) and on hold. Requested 2 callbacks which ‘rang’ for exactly 1 second and hang up providing absolutely no chance to answer. This is disgraceful. Having waited 9 months to get feedback on my scan this is pure incompetence and nothing to do with costs and covid

I visited ENT department, Dr very abrupt no eye contact just wanted to type didn't listen. Said he would arrange a hearing test I would get appointment in 3 weeks. Nothing arrived. I phoned the Audiology Department at the hospital they said they held no record for me. Phoned Omnes to find out what was going on. Held on for 1hr. I phoned 9.00 when they opened, there must be only one operator there!! Gave up. I have now sent an email not holding my breath for a reply. This company is a disgrace. They don't make appointments and they don't answer phones

Terrible service! No contact with a Doctor just copied into a discharge letter after a few photos and form filled in by a support worker who had no communication skills! Teen devastated after experiencing sudden alopecia and longstanding acne!

What a load of rubbish - sending out the same repy to everyone. I have emailed them multiple times but they will not respond. I asked for their head office number and the staff have no idea what that is. I asked for the name of the director and again the staff have no idea who that is. The company is just milking the NHS for whatever it can get. Don't reply with a standard response which says nothing and don't hide befind clueless staff. Have the guts to face the patients.
