Recently moved to the village. Not yet registered with doctors. My son was unwell. One phone call and the extremely helpful receptionist immediately registered and booked us a phone consult. Spoke to the doctor and son has new doctor and medicine by lunchtime. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

The help I received sorting my medication and chasing the hospital for me was amazing. I had come to the end of my other medication and was doing what the hospital had advised but they were then suggesting that things had not been put down. The doctor trusted me (the patient) and took for what they were saying as not true and continued to press them. The end result was me getting my required medication and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from my GP and the reception staff. Thank you so much. Kindest regards
