I had a phone consultation with a clinical pharmacist and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Sorted lots of prescription issues out. Very personable.

My daughter had annual check appointment this morning. She was very worried and resistant about attending, but the nurse had a very warm, friendly, professional approach that calmed my daughter and enabled a much smoother appointment than I was expecting, thank you.

I was seen by the loveliest doctor who was really helpful and incredibly thorough. I was made to feel very at ease and given time to discuss my concerns fully.

I received a reminder for an Appointment I didn’t know about. I made arrangements to take the telephone call at the right time. Nobody rang. I’ve now been asked to review the experience. I don’t know if anyone needs to speak to me or not.

My medication kept needing doubling up pharmacist amended so 2 can be ordered at one time. Pharmacist also took on board system one issue with being able to put regular repete and text request through but only text being delt with. I hope this will be resolved to prevent future issues for patients
