On my last visit The reception staff are outstanding. The GP’s and the rest of the clinical team are superb. The secretarial team helped me secure an early hospital appointment 5 star review

My 97yr old relative in a local care home has had the most amazing, compassionate and caring support from a senior experienced GP at Kiveton Park Medical Centre - we can not thank her enough - going above and beyond that expected on a daily basis - incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing GP. Thank you! Truly inspiring care.

Had a number of appointments past few weeks with a number of different professionals. Had my appointment with diabetic sister - Everyone has been brilliant, supportive and flexible to my needs … job well done team, thank you so much

Could you please inform your staff of who is entitled to register with your practice so time is not wasted collecting form,filling in form to then be told not entitled.

I wasn’t sure if I needed an appointment or just to speak to a doctor on the phone! The receptionist was so helpful and helped me decide seeing a doctor is best! I get anxious at doctors but she put me at ease and made my appointment to suit me and was very efficient! I’ve never had any problems with this practice in over 25 years but I don’t think they get enough credit for all they do

A welcome and caring aura. Being met by your doctor that adds to the feeling that you are respected. Time for a chat and a giggle. I was surprised and saddened that staff felt demoralised . I'm so glad that I changed to this practice.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you felt respected by the Doctor. We have always felt that it was more personal if the clinicians greeted the patients from the waiting room, rather than use a computerised system to call them to their room. We are however unsure of your comment regarding staff being demoralised. Do you mean our staff or staff at your previous surgery? As a practice we work hard at looking after our staff and that reflects in our staff retention. Once again thank you for your comments and positive rating.

I went in to see if it was at all possible for me to have a quick check with a nurse , and before I could explain what it was about I was told that they are all busy ,so I tried again to explain and was told No they are all busy ring in the morning, at this point I again tried to speak and was told Ring in the morning .The receptionist was very abrupt and had no idea what might of been wrong with me ,so I will now ring in the morning and probably be told there are no appointments .For all the receptionist knew I could of been having a heart attack or stroke luckily I wasn't but when you have to tell the receptionist over the phone what's possibly wrong I think it should extend to telling them in person

If you do think your having a heart attack or stroke we would strongly recommend that you contact 999 or go straight to Accident & Emergency as primary care is not the appropriate place to deal with this. Today, I was seen and out of the practice 10 minutes before my appointment time. Excellent Service and it proves arriving early works well.

My visit was with the practice Nurse, who was a total professional, explained all the procedure that was done during me visit which made me relaxed, and comfortable. and I would recommend the practice to any body, as the experience from entering to leaving the practice was excellent

On the two occasions I have had nurse appointments recently I have found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been with this practice for over 50 years and always been pleased with the treatment I have received.
