I transferred to this practice last year and had no reason make contact until today. I rang with a minor non-urgent problem. The 'phone was answered almost immediately, an appointment given this afternoon when I was seen on time, examined by the paramedic practioner and left happily with the problem addressed. All in all, a very positive experience.

The team are always willing to help and are accurate with when to collect my medication. They are friendly and understanding. Even the telephone booking experience is not normally an issue. Thanks to a great team

Every time. Really…Every time I have the need to call the surgery the reception team are friendly, understanding and genuinely caring of my requests and questions. They are all a credit this practice. Truly an example to others. They deserve more praise being on the front line during theses difficult times. Thank you

A very happy helpful service. Nothing ever a problem. Its nice to come to the Dispensary and be treated like a human being

COVID and flu jabs at our local surgery today; quick, welcoming and efficient, as is the service from the whole practice, particularly the Dispensary.

I visited the Dispensary today to collect medication as I do every month. I am always greeted with a cheery welcome and smile from all the dispensers. As a Senior Citizen it's lovely that although they are always extremely busy, they always have time for a little chat. I always leave the Dispensary with a smile. As with all of the Doctors and staff at Burbage when we are able to get an appointment we are always treated with the utmost respect.

We both would like to say a massive Thankyou to all of the dispensary team After only a few months they new both our names and always welcome us with a cheerful smile They have gone above and beyond to make sure we have our medication ready every month and always help if we have a problem They are a very thoughtful team and would help anyone that has a problem Kindness regards Jean and Paul

The reception team are amazing - friendly, cheerful and proficient. They go out of their way to try and get your queries or appointments sorted. The Doctors and Nursing staff are empathetic and professional and very approachable. In these difficult times for the Health Service I can’t praise our practice enough.

I would like to thank all of the staff who work at Burbage surgery but especially the pharmacy as they are the staff that I have most dealings with. I have never had problems getting an appointment and my visits each month to collect tablets is always a pleasant one. They always seem cheerful and easy to talk to. Thank You.
