The staff at the dispensary are always friendly and helpful and it astounds me that they remember my name and the village I live in, even if I have not visited in a couple of months! Great service - 1st class team! 😊

As always receptionists are helpful, kind and friendly and are extremely efficient as are the pharmacists who are friendly and always ready to get your prescriptions ready and as yesterday with a new medication, spent time explaining to me how to and when to take medication . The pharmacists are and always been helpful and always have been, it's a pleasure as they have time, treat you with courtesy and friendliness. It is always a pleasure speaking to the staff either in person or on the phone and they always are courteous and focused on you. Due to my ongoing serious health problems, I am also pleased with our different doctors who have and are looking after my interests. If there is a term I could use, it would be they are all Angels. You are treated as the most important person they are dealing with. I have nothing but admiration for the complete services and staff at the Burbage Surgery Practice. 100% first class.

Each time I go into the surgery and use the Dispensary I know I'm going to be looked after, even above and beyond on occasion. They are always friendly and smiling and will always try to answer my queries or point me in the right direction. Fabulous team :) Likewise the reception team are always friendly and helpful and willing to listen....A big thank you to them all.

A repeat prescription item was unobtainable (nationwide) and alternatives did not seem to work. However after about 2 months the item did become available and without our having to ask anew the team had remembered our need and telephoned us to say the item was waiting our collection at the surgery. Excellent service.

It is frustrating at times when trying to make a telephone appointment using the computerised system, however, whenever I have spoken to a member of the reception team I have always been spoken to in a cheerful and friendly manner and I have found them to be extremely helpful. The GPs have always called as requested and I find, on the whole, the phone appointment is enough to deal with my needs. I have always been able to see a GP face to face if deemed necessary and actions required, eg: xrays, have been dealt with promptly and completed within a week. The dispensary staff are second to none! Always cheerful, helpful and will go out of their way to ensure I can get my medication. They remember my name and where I live, which makes a big difference, especially in such a large surgery with goodness knows how many patients on the books! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

I’m 77 female luckily in reasonable health so my visits to the surgery are not often .I never had a problem getting an appointment, the doctors and medical staff have always been excellent and very professional. My husband is 79 and he too has never had any issues with medical staff infact we both say Burbage Surgery is a joy to visit after hearing stories from friends who live in other parts of the UK.We think the best is having our own dispensary and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff , they are very professional, patient and very kind , nothing is too much trouble please don’t change !!

Both myself and my wife telephone the dispensary for a repeat prescription every 4 weeks. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and let us know the day we can collect. We visit the dispensary to collect our medication and as usual the medications are ready and we are always greeted with a smile. The staff are also willing to have a chat with you and always ask if we are ok. We cannot fault the dispensary, they provide an excellent service and have never let us down. We have been registered with a few doctors surgeries over the years and we can honestly say the Burbage Surgery is the best ever. We considered moving house a few years ago and our first concern was: will the doctors surgery be as good as the Burbage surgery. Needless to say we decided not to move house.

Lovely friendly dispensary staff. Very helpful. They remember me and often my prescription is on the counter before I reach it. I haven't had to contact the actual surgery for some time, so cannot comment of ease of getting through on the phone, getting an appointment etc.
