    Reception team very polite and helpful. Seen the same day by Gp who was pleasant and interested in my issues. Issued medication and referral made. Telephoned a few days later asking for assistance with an issue I had mentioned to the Dr and expected a whole load of hassle..but no not all ..letter to relevant department has not only been done but completed and sent ...Now that's service. Thank you to all.

    Went here to obtain needles to inject insulin ask for it to be electronically to my pharmacy was told it was not possible needles are not able to be sent electronically I asked why reception did not know I asked to speak to pharmacy team not available asked to see GP no can do asked to speak to practice/patient manager was told not available no body in the practice could help me. I said ok while here can u print prescription for me to take now was again told no u have to come back told them i cant come back i dont have anyone to collect on my behave still sorry we cant do anything at the moment. How I'm I going to inject without needles. This was a serious matter and was treated with no understanding no help what so ever this place should be closed down just a waste of my time so now sat at home with no meds. Thanking the whole team for leaving me high and dry.

    Went today for a month in advance pre booked blood sample appointment arranged by pharmacy team . Nurse was unable to proceed as no record on system of what needed to taken. I was never sent a form to state what was required. Rather than just ring Pharmacy or a GP to find out, I assume nurse was typing an internal email to find out. Waste of my time and precious time for the practice. Seriously need to get competent staff. I will now have to wait for another appointment. Not great when you're not sure how severe a medical condition you have is.

    Fantastic service last night from 111 referring me quickly to get an appointment at Saffron Health. Doctor saw me quickly and efficiently.

    Was given a call, the doctor was not helpful and was very rude, I had been told to call 111 by another service and they then booked me another appointment at the GP the following day. I had spoke about the same issues to 111 as I did to the first GP. So I don’t understand why I had to speak to 3 different people for me to get an inperson appointment. The second Gp was very insensitive. Would not recommend.

    She was very rude with me and ask me to go to the pharmacy for my 6 years old son who was very poorly when i asked her politely he may need antibiotics she said call 111 we don’t have any thing for you even though i called at 8:00 in the morning 😔😔😔😔😔👎👎👎👎

All of our call handlers are trained to sign post patients to the appropriate clinician or service based on the information provided to them at the time. Unfortunately if we have reached our full capacity then you would have been informed to call 111 as this is the urgent care provider.     I selected this gp thinking it was close and had good hours so I might get seen in a timely manner. I was seriously mistaken. If you don’t ring at 8 on the button don’t bother. At 8:01 the phone queue is full daily. If by chance you do happen to ring back after 8 all the appointments are gonna and they refuse to book for any other days. So frustrating as for the most part my heath issue isn’t serious enough to justify urgent care, I just need to be seen! It makes me feel as if they think the gp is the only profession of priority. I also have a demanding career we’re booking out an appointment would allow me to better do my job to safeguard children. I’m also mad at myself for thinking they’ll change. I noticed this straight away when I registered years ago now and even with all these reviews saying the same thing over the years nothing happens to change. They just don’t seem to want to be better or maybe they just simply don’t care. If you are lucky enough to ring at 8 and speak with receptionist for an appointment good luck with the shark and rude attention and don’t dare ask a question. The nurse seem to be the only competent persons in the building. They’ll actually treat you like a person. GPs act in revolving door manner, hurry patient in patient out manner. If I had it to do over again I’d run.

    If you waste your time trying to get an appointment they will tell you to call at 8am instead of being able to sleep after being up all night. You call at 8am and their system says their queue is full and cuts you off every time you try for forty minutes. You then trg the other number given for automated booking and it says it is not available. You keep calling the first number and eventually get to a ridiculously long queue and so choose a call back. They call you back to say they are fully booked and to call back next week to go through it all again. Will not take complaints and say has to be in writing. This is done to put you off and reduce number of complaints as they know that a lot of people won't bother. Absolute garbage.

    Rang the doctors for my son who's been suffering with nausea rang a few times to be told it could be hormonal over 2 years later still suffering to ring the doctors again to be told no appointments only in Belgrave!!! My doctors is on the saffron lane.absolutely disgusting so we'll take a call from a doctor on Saturday!!! This surgery needs to be looked into disgusting service.

    The receptionists at this surgery are horrendous ! They answer the phone in an unfriendly abrupt way, it’s like they are on the defence before you’ve even said “Hello”and your then supposed to tell them what the problem is ?!? I appreciate that times are hard at the moment but there is no need to be spoken to like something of the bottom of their shoe !! I think they forget that they are dealing with unwell, vulnerable people. I dread ringing this surgery. No wonder people get frustrated and then end up shouting ! They literally bring out the worst in you ! They merge 3 practices together and tell everyone to call at 8am, what do they expect will happen !!!!
